We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be longer.
  • If there is an issue with your order that may cause a delay (e.g., out of stock), our support team will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS for delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS or UPS).
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

We are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • Kelseypb is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment fees.

  • If the carrier confirms that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

11. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case you’ll need to follow the return process.
