Thank you for shopping with Kelseypb. We are committed to providing you with high-quality washing machines, dryers, and irons. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please carefully review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return and Refund Time Limit
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days, we will not accept return or refund requests.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the reason for the return.
We will respond to your request within 1 business days of receiving your email.
Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Shipping the Item Back: Once you receive the RMA, carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Send the return package to the address provided in the return authorization email.
Inspection & Processing: After you send the product back to us, we will inspect and review the return within 2 business days of receiving the item.
3. Refunds
Once the return is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refunded amount will appear in your original payment account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Applicable Circumstances for Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:
✅ The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
✅ We delivered the wrong product.
✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
✅ You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
❌ The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
❌ The product is not in its original packaging.
❌ Gift cards, and any personalized or custom-made products.
4. Return Address
We will provide the return mailing address via email once your return request is approved.
Do not send the product back to our company address without prior authorization.
5. Shipping and Fees
Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge a restocking fee for returns.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong product, defective item).
We do not support exchanges at this time.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped. In this case, a return process will be required.
